Acceptable Use Policy

Use FitPreview only to create a personal, static virtual try-on preview from a person photo and a garment image that you have the right and permission to use. FitPreview preserves identity and is not a face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation service.

The following content and conduct are prohibited without exception:

• Adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, lingerie, or underwear-only content, including sexualized depictions of a real person.
• Any image depicting a person under 18, or any attempt to place a minor in an adult, exploitative, harmful, or inappropriate context.
• Use of another person's image without the rights and permissions required, impersonation, harassment, defamation, fraud, or deceptive representation of an AI preview as a verified photograph.
• Face-swap, deepfake, identity manipulation, bypassing moderation, evading credit or access controls, automated abuse, malware, scraping, or interference with the service.

FitPreview screens the final server-generated model prompt before each image-generation invocation and fails closed when moderation is unavailable. We may block a request, freeze affected paid credits after a refund or dispute, preserve limited audit records, or suspend access when needed to enforce this policy, protect people, or comply with applicable obligations.
