Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using FitPreview, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. You may not use FitPreview if you are under 18, and you may not upload an image that depicts anyone under 18.

FitPreview may create an anonymous session when you first use an upload feature. You may also register an account to receive additional free credits and save preview history. You are responsible for information submitted through your session or account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Do not share credentials, attempt to use another person’s account, or interfere with session and device protections. Tell us through the Contact page if you believe your access has been compromised.

You may use FitPreview only for lawful personal, non-commercial exploration of outfit ideas, subject to these terms and the limits displayed in the product. You may not use the service or a generated preview for advertising, client work, resale, paid campaigns, or another commercial purpose. Free credits are a limited license to submit preview requests; they have no cash value and are not transferable.

You may not use FitPreview in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or that interferes with the service or the rights of another person.

• Upload an image without the rights and permissions needed to use it, including the depicted person’s permission where required.
• Upload an image depicting a person under 18, or use FitPreview while under 18.
• Create or request adult, NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, underwear-only, exploitative, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful material. This prohibition applies even when you own the image or are the person depicted.
• Use FitPreview for face-swap, deepfake, identity manipulation, or to sexualize a real person; upload an image of another person without permission; or attempt to bypass content moderation.
• Impersonate someone, misrepresent a preview as a verified photograph, or use a preview to deceive another person about a product or physical outcome.
• Probe, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, automate around, or bypass security, rate, credit, authentication, bot-verification, or access controls.
• Introduce malware, disrupt infrastructure, extract another user’s content, or use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights.

You retain the rights you already have in uploaded images. You confirm that you own them or have all permissions needed, including permission from every depicted person, and that every depicted person is at least 18. Those permissions must allow FitPreview and its service providers to store, transmit, analyze, transform, and display the images for the requested preview and related service operations.

You grant FitPreview a limited, non-exclusive license to use uploaded images and generated previews only as needed to operate, secure, support, and maintain the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not permit FitPreview to use them for advertising, public marketing, promotional examples, or AI-model training.

Subject to rights that may exist in the source images or generated material, you may use a generated preview for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You remain responsible for your content and for how you use or share a generated preview.

Generated previews are created by automated systems and may contain visual errors, invented details, altered proportions, or differences from the source images and physical garment. Inspect a preview critically and use product information from the seller when making a purchase decision.

FitPreview’s software, interface, branding, original site content, and service design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of FitPreview technology or branding to you.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from protected parts of FitPreview except where applicable law expressly permits it. These restrictions do not change the rights you hold in your own uploaded content.

FitPreview may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue part of the service, and generation may fail or be delayed because it depends on third-party infrastructure and automated providers. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular generation time, or that every input will produce a usable result.

Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions sold through CREEM as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Paid credits are issued for the current billing period, are used before free credits, expire at the end of that period, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable.

You may schedule cancellation for the end of the current billing period from your account. Access and unused current-period paid credits remain available until that period ends unless the subscription is refunded, disputed, suspended, or terminated for prohibited use. See the Refund Policy for request and processing details.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect FitPreview, its users, providers, or third parties; respond to unlawful or prohibited use; comply with legal obligations; or discontinue the service. You may stop using FitPreview at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitPreview is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. FitPreview is not responsible for a purchase decision, seller information, physical fit, or a physical outcome based on a generated preview.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitPreview will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits or data, or losses caused by reliance on a preview. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms do not designate one governing law, exclusive court, or arbitration forum. Mandatory rights and rules that apply where you live remain unaffected.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date shown above. If you continue to access or use FitPreview after the revised terms are published, you agree to the revised terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
